Notice of LSE Board Meeting
The LSE Board of Directors will hold an open meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm CST to prepare for the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Notice of Road Restrictions
With road restrictions now in place, starting on Monday, April 6, Circle Sanitation will cease individual garbage pickup until load restrictions are lifted. Three dumpsters will be located on the concrete slab by the storage units starting this date. As a reminder, the dumpsters are for Lakeshore Estates Circle Sanitation customers and for normal household garbage items only.​​​​

Community Living Done Right
Lake Shore Estates is located 14 miles north of Beulah, ND on the southern shore of Lake Sakakawea. Two commercial lots and some 92 residential lots comprise Lake Shore Estates.
The covenants, conditions and restrictions for Lake Shore Estates are determined by the Lake Shore Estates Lot Owner's Association. The Association functions as a condominium, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the common elements within Lake Shore Estates. The Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors.
